Who we are

SchoolKyber provides school management software for primary and secondary schools. This website is a marketing site with a waitlist form, a contact form, and an optional live chat. The product application is separate.

What we collect on this site

• Waitlist: email (required), school name, role, school size, state/city, and a source tag (e.g. waitlist or resources).
• Contact: name, email, school name, message.
• Live chat: name, email, and the messages you send in the chat widget, so we can reply in that window or by email.
• Technical: IP address for rate-limiting abuse (stored with submissions).

What the product may hold (when a school is onboarded)

School tenants may store student records, results, attendance, staff accounts, and related academic data that the school itself enters. We do not sell that data. We do not list invented EU processors on this page.

How we use marketing-site data

To reply to you, invite founding schools, send templates if you asked for them, and improve onboarding. We do not sell waitlist emails.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures (including isolating this site’s SQLite waitlist from the product app). No system is perfectly secure. We do not operate a separate “Security” marketing page; this paragraph is the honest version.

Retention and your requests

You can ask us to delete a waitlist, contact, or chat record by emailing via the contact form. Product-school data is controlled by the school that onboarded.

Children

This marketing site is for school staff and parents, not for children to create accounts. Student data in the product is entered by the school.
